This "too cool for school" elastic belt is awesome. Metal silver designed scalloped discs, adorned with colorful beads. 24" and stretchable, a must have for the young woman to revisit that Retro 60's-70's fashion. Quite a rare piece, we scooped this up at an Estate sale. Very cool.
