ABROOCHABLES® Return Policy (30 Days)

We want every piece to feel like it was meant for you. If it doesn’t, you have 30 days from delivery to return it—unworn, in original condition, and ready to be cherished by someone new.

🕰️ Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unaltered, and with any tags or packaging intact.

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

• Process: Email us at info@abroochables.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

• Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

💳 Refunds

• Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

• Inspection: We’ll inspect the item and notify you of your refund status.

🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit

• Time Frame: Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days.

• Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

• Process: Follow the same steps as returns. We’ll ship your replacement once the original is received.

📦 Shipping

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Method: Use a trackable service with insurance. We’re not responsible for lost return shipments.
