At Abroochables, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help! We do our best to note and show close up photos of items. The majority of our items are used and vintage so they show some wear, we try to reflect our pricing accordingly. Please inspect the photos and ask questions if in doubt. 

**Returns**

- **Eligibility:** Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

- **Time Frame:** You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

- **Process:** To return an item, please contact our customer service at [540*949*6400] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

**Refunds**

- **Method:** Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

- **Inspection:** Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- **Exclusions:** Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

**Exchanges**. Items can be returned up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

- **Eligibility:** We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [info@abroochables.com].

- **Process:** Follow the same steps as the return process. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original.

**Shipping**

- **Return Shipping Costs:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

- **Shipping Method:** We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
